About Commercial EPC Assessors

This site does one thing: it connects commercial property owners, landlords and agents with accredited non-domestic energy assessors at the right qualification level, at a fixed price, on a predictable timetable.

How the service works

Commercial EPC work is a fragmented market. Individual assessors are accredited through schemes such as Elmhurst Energy, Stroma, Quidos and ECMK, and most operate locally. We maintain a vetted network of those assessors across England, Wales and Scotland, and act as a single instruction point: one enquiry, one fixed quote, one point of contact, whatever the building or wherever it is.

Every assessor in the network is verified against their accreditation scheme's public register, carries professional indemnity insurance, and is matched to instructions strictly by qualification level — Level 3 buildings to Level 3+ assessors, complex DSM work only to Level 5 assessors. That matching rule exists because a certificate produced below the required level is invalid, and we have seen what an invalid certificate does to a completion timetable.

What we will tell you straight

• If your building qualifies as Level 3, we will not sell you a Level 4 assessment it does not need.
• If the proposed EPC C 2027 rules affect your planning, we will say so — and also say clearly that they are proposals, not yet law.
• If missing documentation is going to force defaults and hurt your rating, we flag it before the survey, not after the certificate lodges.
• If a deadline is not achievable, you hear that at quote stage rather than three days before completion.

Beyond the certificate

An EPC is frequently the first document in a longer compliance chain.
